Description

When a player holds the Mantid Artifact Sonic Locator (Item ID 92998) in their inventory, all active Pandaria Archaeology digsites are supposed to be restricted exclusively to Dread Wastes and Townlong Steppes (Mantid digsites).

Currently on the server, holding this item in the player's inventory—or using a Lorewalker's Map to reroll digsites while holding it—fails to restrict the spawns. Digsites continue to spawn randomly across all Pandaria zones (Jade Forest, Kun-Lai, Valley of the Four Winds, etc.) as Mogu and Pandaren sites.

Steps to Reproduce

Train Archaeology to Level 600 and reach Character Level 90.

Obtain Mantid Artifact Sonic Locator (Item ID 92998) and place it in the character's main inventory bag.

Fly to the Seat of Knowledge and purchase/use a Lorewalker's Map (Item ID 87391) to force-reroll continental digsites.

Result: Digsites spawn in random zones across Pandaria (e.g., Jade Forest, Kun-Lai Summit).

Clear an active digsite on the map to trigger a fresh respawn.

Result: The newly spawned site still appears outside Dread Wastes / Townlong Steppes.

Expected Behavior

While Item 92998 is in the player's bags, it should continuously grant or trigger the passive aura/world-state 126932.

When generating new Pandaria digsites (or rerolling them via Lorewalker's Map Spell 126952), the server core should check for Item 92998 or Aura 126932.

If present, the continent digsite pool for Pandaria should restrict all 4 active site slots to Zone 607 (Dread Wastes) and Zone 608 (Townlong Steppes).

Current Behavior

Item 92998 functions as a dummy item in the inventory with no database linkage to the Pandaria archaeology spawn table (research_site). Digsite weighted random selection is completely unaffected by the presence of the item.
